GROUP STRENGTH LAB

FROM $55/WK (SAVE $90)

Train in a small group format with a maximum of 4 lifters per coach (4:1), giving you focused attention without the pressure of going it alone. Each 45-minute session is structured, efficient, and built around a proven strength program that delivers results.

Classes run on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6:30am and 7:30am.

You'll partner up, learn the core pillars of strength, and build consistency in a supportive environment. Whether you’re new to lifting or ready to break through a plateau, these sessions are designed to:

  • Keep you accountable

  • Build strength safely and effectively

  • Save you time with coached, no-fluff sessions

  • Connect you with like-minded people who actually show up

GROUP BOXING CLASSES

Join our group boxing classes at Strength Collective, designed for fitness, conditioning, and a high-energy training environment in a supportive group setting.

These sessions are primarily fitness-based, combining boxing-inspired conditioning, pad work, and high-intensity training to improve overall fitness, endurance, and athletic performance. While the focus is on getting a great workout, Coach Jaiden is available to help with technique and ensure you’re building solid boxing fundamentals along the way.

Suitable for all levels whether you’re brand new or have boxed before, you can jump in and train at your own pace.

Class Times

  • Tuesday — 5:30pm–6:15pm

  • Wednesday — 5:30pm–6:15pm

  • Saturday — 10:00am–10:45am

Pricing

  • From $35/week — 1 class per week

  • $50/week — unlimited classes
